Reflective Supervision: Training for Supervisors of Frontline Workers in Child-Serving Organizations
Reflective supervision is a practice that provides support through active listening and guidance to encourage staff to think about their own actions, consider other perspectives, and modify behaviors through a process of continuous learning. Using these techniques, especially for staff in high stress positions, can improve program quality, strengthen practice, and prevent professional burnout.
