Since the Launch of Colorado Shines in March of 2015 over 58% of programs have engaged in the systems at Level 2 or higher. In recognition of those programs who have distinguished themselves as quality programming through an outside review, as of May 2018, the following programs have achieved a Level 3-5 Rating, either through the Colorado Shines Rating or one of the many alternative pathways.
